Incoming Staff Mobility – Erasmus+
Welcome to the University of Teacher Education Carinthia – Viktor Frankl University. We are pleased to welcome academic and administrative staff from partner institutions within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme.
Staff mobility offers opportunities to gain international teaching and training experience, exchange expertise, and strengthen professional networks. During your stay, you may engage with our academic community and participate in teaching or training activities in coordination with the relevant departments. Our International Office is available to provide information and guidance regarding your visit.
Eligibility
Valid Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA) is always required.
STA (Teaching):
- Minimum duration of 2 days with at least 8 teaching hours per week
- Teaching activities (e.g. lectures, workshops, or trainings) are agreed upon in coordination with the host institution
STT (Training):
Minimum duration of 2 days between two Programme countries
or 5 days between a programme and a partner country (e.g. KA171 projects)
- Participation in training activities, workshops, or job shadowing
How to Participate
Contact your home institution’s International Office first to plan your mobility and obtain an invitation.
Then contact our International Office to organize your stay and receive the necessary documents.
Sign the Mobility Agreement with your home institution and our university.
Financial Support
For KA171 projects, we provide funding for travel and subsistence costs.
For other partnerships, funding is usually provided by the home institution.
